allchinabuy Spreadsheet Buyer Safety Notes
A saved row is not a guarantee. Check the current page, photos, measurements, option price and shipping details before you rely on it.
Do not trust hype alone
Popularity labels, dramatic adjectives and social mentions are not evidence. A useful row should show why it belongs in your comparison.
Photos should answer questions
QC photos matter when they reveal construction, proportions, finish, labels and category-specific details. More photos are not automatically better; the angles must answer your actual questions.
Sizing matters more than popularity
A popular clothing row without measurements remains incomplete. Compare garment measurements and fit notes, not just size letters.
Price needs context
A low number does not prove value. Compare similar materials, photo coverage, measurements, options and expected weight before judging price.
Shipping weight changes the real decision
A low listed price can lose its appeal once a heavy box or bulky packaging is included. Read the weight guide and treat calculator outputs as estimates.
External links need checking
Look at the current URL, item details, options, seller information, policies and recent visible feedback. An old spreadsheet label cannot confirm that a destination stayed unchanged.
A two-minute verification sequence
- Confirm the destination.
Read the current page title, selected option and visible product details. If they no longer match the saved row, stop. - Choose one category question.
For footwear that may be sizing and outsole shape; for a bag it may be dimensions, hardware and lining. - Separate facts from claims.
Measurements and visible construction are evidence. Words such as “premium,” “best” or “guaranteed” are not. - Record what is missing.
A short note such as “needs interior photo and packed weight” prevents an uncertain row from looking complete later. - Use the right support channel.
Questions about a live payment, order, parcel, refund or account belong with the current official service—not an independent directory.
What the spreadsheet cannot verify
| Visible browsing clue | Still requires a separate check |
|---|---|
| Saved image or QC-photo set | The item you would actually receive and any later seller changes |
| Listed size or measurement | How the measurement was taken and whether it suits your fit |
| Displayed price | Current option price, fees, packed weight and final transaction total |
| Source or marketplace label | Current listing relevance, policies and seller conduct |
Write the unknown beside the row instead of mentally filling it in. “No insole measurement” or “packed weight not shown” tells you exactly what has to be checked next.
Red flags worth removing
- Vague labels with no measurable details
- Photos that do not show the item clearly
- Missing measurements where fit matters
- Source links unrelated to the stated row
- Pressure language or guarantees without evidence
- A row saved only because it is cheap or popular
This site is not an official allchinabuy support page, so it cannot verify orders, sellers, coupons, refunds, payments, or shipping claims. To judge a spreadsheet row more safely, check photos, sizing, link relevance, price context, shipping weight, and recent user feedback.
