A quick check before saving

allchinabuy Spreadsheet Checklist Before Saving a Find

Run these seven checks before a row earns a place in your shortlist. They cover the item, photos, sizing, price, source and likely parcel weight.

allchinabuyshoes is an independent browsing guide for allchinabuy spreadsheet users. It does not sell products, process orders, handle shipping, verify sellers, or represent allchinabuy or Findsindex.
Before you press saveMake sure the row identifies the item, shows the details that matter and leaves you with a clear next question. A vague label and a low price are not enough.

Seven-point check

Before you save a find

Run the seven questions on each row. The details change by category—a shoe needs different views from a bag—but the missing information should always be written down.

  • The item belongs in the category I am browsing
  • Photos show the details that matter for this product type
  • Sizing, measurements, or fit notes are visible when needed
  • Price makes sense beside similar finds
  • Shipping weight does not ruin the value
  • The row is not just hype or a vague label
  • I can explain why I would save this find

Score your row

One point per checked item. A score organizes research; it is not a safety or quality guarantee.

6–7Worth a closer look
4–5One or two checks missing
2–3Too much information missing

QC photos by category

Shoes and sneakers

Look for toe, side profile, heel, outsole, stitching and size-label views. Pair weight and sizing notes add useful context.

Clothing and jackets

Look for full front and back, fabric close-ups, seams, closures, tags and measurements laid flat.

Bags and accessories

Look for dimensions, hardware, straps, inside construction, closure and scale beside a familiar object.

Keep a one-line evidence log

A score is more useful when another person—or your future self—can see why each point was awarded. Copy the destination date, note the option you checked, and write one visible strength plus one unresolved question.

Know when to stop checking

Remove a row when the link opens an unrelated item, an essential measurement is missing, the photos cannot answer your category question, or a clearer row already points to the same listing. Put it on hold only when one specific check could settle the issue.

Example that earns another look

“Sneakers · full angle set · size chart · pair weight noted.”

The category is clear, the photos answer footwear questions, sizing is visible and weight can enter the comparison. It may deserve a shortlist place, pending checks on the destination page.

Example to remove

“Hot item · best quality · low price.”

The label is vague, the claims cannot be tested, and no photo, measurement or weight evidence is named. Remove it for now.

One-sentence save rule

Save a row only if you can finish this sentence: “I am keeping this because the visible evidence answers ___, and I still need to check ___.”
